Nitrous Oxide Sedation

We have Nitrous Oxide Sedation, or ‘laughing gas’ available for our patients. Nitrous oxide is a safe, temporary sedative that is administered by breathing a mixture of nitrous oxide and oxygen through a nose mask. At the end of the appointment, the mask is removed, and the effects of the nitrous oxide sedation wear off immediately.
