Andria, Dental Hygienist

As an experienced dental hygienist, Andria recognizes the importance of her role in educating her patients about their oral health and helping them prevent dental disease. She joined dentistry in 2011 as a dental assistant and continued her education to earn her license as a dental hygienist in 2016.

Andria became a member of our team in 2023. Her nieces and nephews are her greatest joys, and she cherishes her time with her family and friends. Andria's other favorite pastimes include riding ATVs, attending church activities and crafting.

Clarissa, Dental Assistant

Clarissa has been a dental assistant since 2008; she joined our practice in 2021. She loves spending time with her family doing different activities, enjoys listening to music and getting outdoors to ride her 4-wheeler.

Daisy, Dental Assistant

Daisy has been dedicated to dentistry since 2017 and became a valued part of this practice in 2021. She loves helping patients achieve their best smiles and maintain good oral health. Her favorite part of working here is the stress-free environment, where teamwork and a shared commitment to excellent patient care make every day rewarding.

Outside of work, Daisy enjoys crafting delicious treats, making cozy chunky blankets, and spending quality time with her daughter and family. She also finds joy in gardening, nurturing both plants and smiles alike.

Jessica, Dental Hygienist

Jessica earned her certification as a Dental Hygienist in 2014; she joined our practice in 2018. She has continued her education and advanced training to obtain her Infiltration Anesthesia Permit for giving local anesthetic for specific dental treatments.

Jessica has a special interest in working with special needs patients that have mental or physical disabilities. Her favorite hobbies include baking, gardening, sewing and reading.

Mariana, Dental Assistant

Mariana began her journey in dentistry in 2024 and became part of this practice the same year. She loves the ability to help patients regain their confidence and build meaningful connections with them. Every day in dentistry brings something new to learn, making her role both exciting and fulfilling.

What she appreciates most about this practice is its patient-first philosophy and the supportive team. As she started her career in the dental field, she felt welcomed and guided by her colleagues, helping her grow into the professional she is today.

Beyond dentistry, Mariana enjoys diving into a good book, listening to music, and catching the latest action movies at the theater.

Mika, Front Office Specialist

Mika has been in dentistry since 2021, the same year she joined our practice. With a B.S. in Rehabilitation from Troy University, she blends her passion for healthcare with patient care, finding fulfillment in helping others achieve confident, healthy smiles.

She loves the family-like atmosphere of this practice, where both patients and team members feel welcomed and valued.

Outside of work, Mika enjoys crafting – making bracelets and diamond paintings – binge–watching TV shows and movies, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

Milissa has been a member of the dental profession since 1995; she joined our Montgomery Dental Arts family in 2023. She holds an A.S. in Applied Science and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Milissa loves spending time with her three beloved grandchildren, her favorite hobbies are cooking and gardening.

Rachel, Lead Assistant / Hygienist

We work together as a team to implement the latest technology and create a family-friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to elevate our patients' comfort level and decrease dental anxiety at every visit to our practice.”

Rachel wears a number of hats in our office, she is our Lead Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, and our social media coordinator. She began her career in dentistry in 2017 and joined our practice in 2018. Rachel's favorite activities include painting, hunting, spending time at the lake or the beach, and playing with her dog Gunner.

Shijuana, Clinical Administrator / Hygienist

I enjoy teaching my patients about how the mouth is a central area of the body that contributes to overall health and quality of life. Seeing the progress of treatment and improvement in the patient's smile confidence over time is extremely rewarding.

I truly value the relationships that we have built with our patients over the years. We have systems that work well, and our doctors have a reputation of doing right by people - this really counts for me as well as our patients.”

Shijuana started her career in dentistry in 2005; she joined our practice in 2018. She is originally from Montgomery and has three children. Shijuana loves spending time with her grandchildren; her other favorite activities include having fun, reading, listening to music, crafting, fishing, doing yard work and camping.

A native of Montgomery, Tiffany married her high school sweetheart and is a ‘boy mom’. She enjoys spending time with her family and her three fur babies, loves sports (thanks to being a boy mom), traveling and crafting. Tiffany is an avid Alabama fan - Roll Tide!!

Tyecha “Shai” started her career in dentistry in 2012; she joined Montgomery Dental Arts in 2023. In addition to her dental assisting education, she has earned a bachelor's degree in Health Administration. Shai enjoys spending time with her children and family, as well as hiking, camping and reading.
